Radnostix, Inc. has an immediate opening for (2) full-time enty-level Manufacturing Support Technicians with the opportunity to move into more crucial manufacturing roles based on experience and aptitude. Ideal candidates will have previous manipulator experience and be highly motivated to move into more complex roles.
Job Description
The Manufacturing Support Technician will support manufacturing operations by performing various tasks including manufacturing foam inserts and building boxes, receiving and processing shipping returns, assisting in shipping, and safely handling radioactive materials in preparation for shipping.
Tasks include setting up manufacturing equipment, inspecting packaging for defects, improving efficiency, working closely across departments, and maintaining and replenishing inventory of parts and supplies needed for shipping operations.
Once on boarding tasks are mastered, employees will train in our hot cell lab using manipulators and handling controlled radioactive materials.
Candidate should be reliable, on time, meet and exceed expectations by taking responsibility for his/her assigned duties and being an active learner in the manufacturing processes of the company. For additional skill requirements see below.

Skills
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in operating and maintaining manufacturing equipment, understanding of manufacturing processes, mechanically inclined, and ability to troubleshoot technical issues. Hazmat endorsement preferred, but not required.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve production challenges.
- Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with others and document findings.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure quality standards are met.
- Physical Abilities: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift weights (up to 50 lbs), and perform repetitive tasks. Good visual acuity.
- Safety Awareness: A strong understanding of safety protocols and the ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to organize tasks, maintain records, and manage inventory.
- Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team environment while maintaining independent thinking and time accountability.
