YES Installation is seeking a dependable and motivated Audio Video & Low Voltage Installer to join our growing team in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. This position involves installing and servicing audio/video systems, structured cabling, smart home technology, networking, surveillance systems, and low-voltage infrastructure in residential and commercial environments.

Responsibilities
- Install TVs, speakers, projectors, and AV equipment
- Pull and terminate Cat5e/Cat6, speaker wire, fiber, and low-voltage cabling
- Install surveillance cameras and access control systems
- Install networking equipment including Wi-Fi access points, racks, and patch panels
- Assist with smart home systems and automation setup
- Read and follow project plans and wiring layouts
- Troubleshoot installation and connectivity issues
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Communicate professionally with homeowners, builders, and team members
Preferred Experience
Experience in one or more of the following:
- Audio/video installation
- Structured cabling
- Home theater systems
- Networking and Wi-Fi systems
- Surveillance systems
- Smart home integration
- Residential or commercial low-voltage work
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
- Comfortable working on ladders and in attics
- Basic hand and power tool knowledge
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Professional appearance and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay Range:
- Entry-Level: $18–$24/hr
- Experienced Installer: $25–$35/hr
