Overnight Front Desk Agent
Holiday Inn Express & Suites – Forest Hill/Fort Worth SE
Are you a night owl who enjoys helping people and working independently? We're looking for a reliable, customer-focused Overnight Front Desk Agent (Night Audit) to join our team. This position plays an important role in ensuring our guests have a safe, welcoming, and seamless experience throughout the night.
Schedule
- Overnight Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Part time: 3-4 shifts per week
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and check in late-arriving guests with exceptional customer service.
- Process guest check-outs and respond promptly to guest requests.
- Perform the nightly audit and balance daily financial reports.
- Answer phone calls and make reservations.
- Ensure the lobby and front desk remain clean, organized, and presentable.
- Conduct routine security walks of the property.
- Handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to communicate overnight issues.
- Follow hotel brand standards and company policies.
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong computer and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Dependable with strong attention to detail.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
