Truck Driver
Monsma Marketing Corporation is looking for a full-time driver to join our team! This position is paid HOURLY! This position offers a full-time benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401k with employer match, profit sharing, short- and long-term disability, PTO, holiday pay and more!
This is a Monday through Friday position with NO WEEKENDS!
Overtime pay is available for hours worked past 40! Monsma Marketing is a wholesale distributor that carries a wide range of products in both building materials and hearth product lines.
Essential Job Functions:
- Professionally represent the Company at all times while working.
- Safely perform all job functions, complying with all DOT, OSHA, MiOSHA and Company regulations, procedures, and policies.
- Ability to strap down cargo for safe transport, and to not cause damage.
- Load, unload, and check product both at the Company and with the Customer.
- Communicate with customer at point of delivery in a friendly and respectful manner.
- Understand and use E-Logs to comply with DOT regulations.
- Accurately use and understand a Proof of Delivery (POD) app to confirm completed deliveries and capture customer signatures or delivery details.
Minimum Qualifications:
· High school diploma or GED equivalent
· Must have a valid and current Commercial Driver’s License (CDL), Class A
· Must possess current, valid medical certification
- Have a driving record within the acceptable terms of the Company and Insurance Carrier
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
