2nd STREET USA is a fast-growing fashion resale retailer blending buy & sell, with a curated, trend-driven shopping experience. We are building a strong team to support rapid expansion and are looking for motivated individuals who are passionate about fashion and customer experience.
Position Overview
As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering an engaging in-store experience while supporting daily operations. You’ll assist customers with buying, selling, and shopping, while maintaining strong product knowledge and contributing to store performance.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has an eye for fashion trends, and enjoys interacting with customers.

Key Responsibilities Customer Experience
- Deliver friendly, engaging, and knowledgeable customer service
- Assist customers with product selection, styling, and brand education
- Support both buyers and sellers through the buy & sell process
- Resolve customer questions and concerns professionally
Sales Floor Execution
- Support daily sales goals through active customer engagement
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor
- Replenish merchandise and maintain product presentation standards
- Assist with fitting rooms and POS transactions
Buying & Product Handling
- Assist in evaluating and processing incoming items from customers
- Ensure items meet company standards for quality and trend relevance
- Support tagging, pricing, and merchandising of inventory
Operations
- Follow store procedures for opening/closing and cash handling
- Maintain organization in stockroom and sales floor
- Support inventory accuracy and daily operational tasks
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ year of retail or customer service experience preferred
- Interest in fashion, streetwear, or resale retail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Reliable, punctual, and accountable
- Availability for weekends and holidays
Growth Opportunity

- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Comfortable with standing, walking, and active work throughout shifts
