NOW HIRING: LAWN ACCOUNTS MANAGER
Lamphear’s, a growing lawn and landscape service company serving Northeast Ohio, is looking for an organized, dependable, and customer-focused Accounts Manager to join our team.
In this role, you’ll help keep our customers happy and our daily operations running smoothly by managing client accounts, scheduling services, preparing estimates, handling billing questions, and communicating with crews.
Responsibilities:
- Manage customer accounts and service requests
- Oversee lawn care services and coordinate with field crews
- Prepare estimates, invoices, and account updates
- Answer customer questions by phone, email, and text
- Maintain accurate customer and service records
- Help resolve concerns promptly and professionally
- Hiring of crew members
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Comfortable using computers, email, and scheduling software
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Previous office, account management, landscaping, or service-industry experience is preferred
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
What We Offer:
- Competitive pay: Entry level: $50,000–$60,000
- Experienced account manager: $60,000–$75,000
- Large commercial portfolio or strong sales background: $75,000+
