We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring the warehouse operates efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and products
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified)
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts
- Load and unload trucks in a safe and timely manner
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
- Follow company procedures and safety guidelines at all times
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic math and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Pay: $24.50 - $29.50 per hour
