The Kitchen/Juice Bar/Bakery Production team member is responsible for creating delicious packaged grab n go case items for customers and maintaining attractive displays of products. We make everything from scratch using organic, non-GMO, and local ingredients. Reno's safe space kitchen :)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities
- Assist in food preparation by chopping, slicing, and measuring ingredients according to recipes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations and equipment.
- Follow food safety and handling guidelines to ensure a safe kitchen environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely meal preparation and service.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a restaurant or kitchen setting
- Strong knowledge of food handling and safety practices
- Proficiency in knife skills and meal preparation techniques
- Background in the food industry, with culinary experience preferred
- Experience in dietary departments or as a dietary aide is a plus
- Ability to assist in menu planning and execution
