Last Call Trivia is looking for our next Trivia Host at Clifton Heights Tavern! Our Trivia hosts are responsible for a 2 hour Trivia, Feud, or Music Bingo show that recurs every week at their venue. Weeknight availability is a must for this position, specifically Tuesday nights from 9-11pm.

We’re looking for entertainers who can successfully multitask, are technologically savvy, have a presence and personality on the microphone, and can handle a crowd. If you love Trivia, the pursuit of knowledge, or learning new things, then we’re your kind of people!
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Communication. Read Trivia questions clearly. Provide Trivia rules to teams. Update teams with announcements. Maintain good communication with Last Call Trivia staff.
- Performance. Interact with and build relationships with teams. Read the room and entertain the crowd. Let your personality shine!
- Multi-tasking. Keep score using our intuitive system. Play music in between questions. Field questions from players.
- Preparation. Review questions in advance. Test sound equipment to ensure functionality. Provide a few necessary materials to teams.
- Troubleshooting. Handle potential obstacles with grace and professionalism.
- Reliability. Arrive at our partner venues in a consistent and timely fashion. Require minimal subs. Provide a consistently engaging and fun show at your venue.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal reading and communication skills
- Exemplary time-management skills
- Commitment to your weekly show with minimal sub requests
- Reliable transportation and the ability to commute a reasonable distance
- A device (Laptop, tablet, smartphone, etc.) that can connect to the internet, either via Wifi or data
- Evening availability, as shows generally occur Monday through Friday starting between 6pm to 9pm. Tuesday nights from 9-11pm are required.
- Prior performance or hosting experience is preferred, but not required
- Pay: $50-$55 per show hosted

Last Call Trivia is a fun and professional live Trivia company that puts on hundreds of Trivia shows across the country in local bars and restaurants. We believe that our role in this industry is not a zero-sum game, but rather an infinite game where we seek to help knowledge spread and lives change.
Though not required, Last Call Trivia offers a bonus/incentive program to Trivia Hosts who help us sign on bars or find other great Trivia Hosts.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $25.00 - $27.50 per hour
