Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable dishwasher/prep cook to join our team at a sandwich shop in downtown Concord. The ideal candidate will have open availability, strong work ethic, be a self-starter, and have a positive attitude. Kitchen experience is a plus!
Duties
- Clean both FOH and BOH dishes while maintaining organization and cleanliness of a small back of house
- Assist in the preparation of food items according to recipes and menu specifications.
- Ensure all ingredients are prepped, measured, and ready for cooking.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, adhering to food safety standards.
- Collaborate with chefs and other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during meal periods.
- Assist with maintaining the cleanliness of the establishment including mopping both FOH, BOH and bathrooms
- Hours: Wednesday-Sunday - Mainly lunch hours with Friday and Saturday PM hours until around 9:30pm
- Must have reliable transportation
