WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Livestream Operations Coordinator (Co-Host), you'll support all aspects of our livestream business from start to finish. You'll help prepare products and inventory, assist hosts during livestreams, monitor operations in real time, coordinate with fulfillment teams, maintain accurate inventory records, and ensure each livestream runs smoothly. You'll also gain hands-on experience with sales strategy, team coordination, and livestream management while learning how successful livestream channels are built and operated.
This role is designed to give you exposure to every part of the business, creating opportunities for future growth into leadership and management positions.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English (spoken and written)
- Available to work full-time (40 hours per week)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Quick learner with strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, punctual, and highly accountable
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous experience in livestreaming, e-commerce, retail, customer service, or operations is a plus, but not required
