Hunter Metal Industries LLC is a growing manufacturer of custom retail display fixtures and OEM metal products located in Patchogue, NY. We are expanding our second-shift powder coating operation and are looking for dependable, motivated people to join our production team.
No previous powder coating or manufacturing experience is required. We will train the right person.

What You'll Do
As a Powder Coating Line Support team member, you will help keep our powder coating operation running efficiently.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Hang fabricated metal parts on the powder coating line.
- Remove finished parts from the line after coating.
- Inspect parts for proper coverage, color, texture, and finish quality.
- Pack and properly stage finished products.
- Prepare parts and materials for upcoming jobs.
- Keep parts organized and moving through the production process.
- Assist the Powder Coat Sprayer and other production team members.
- Identify and report quality issues or damaged parts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all company safety procedures and properly use required PPE.
- Assist with other production duties as needed.

- Able to safely lift and move parts and materials up to 25 lbs.
- A team player with a positive attitude.
No previous powder coating experience is required.
Previous experience in manufacturing, production, warehousing, construction, automotive, fabrication, or other hands-on work is helpful but not necessary.

Schedule
Monday – Friday | 2nd Shift
Summer Hours – through Labor Day:
1:30 PM – 10:00 PM
After Labor Day:
3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Pay
$19.00 – $20.00 per hour
Starting pay will be based on experience and demonstrated skills.
Training & Growth Opportunities

Hunter Metal Industries will provide training on our powder coating process, equipment, safety procedures, and quality standards.
