What You'll Do
As an Arby's Team Member, you'll help create a great experience for every guest while working as part of a fun, fast-paced team.
- Welcome guests and provide friendly customer service
- Take accurate orders and process transactions
- Prepare and serve Arby's food according to brand standards
- Keep the restaurant clean, safe, and welcoming
- Work with your teammates to keep the restaurant running smoothly
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Help create a positive experience for every guest
- Learn new skills and grow with the team
What We're Looking For
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Dependable and responsible
- Enjoys working with people
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Team player who is willing to help wherever needed
- Previous restaurant or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
