What You'll Do
- Serve as the first and last point of contact for every patient in person, by phone, and digitally
- Manage scheduling, intake, insurance coordination, and patient flow with precision
- Partner directly with Dr. Desederio and the clinical team to ensure seamless patient experience
- Uphold and embody the mission, vision, and values of Natural Healthcare Center every single day
