The Role
We are seeking a polished and personable Front Desk Agent to be the welcoming face of our hotel. As the first point of contact, you will set the tone for each guest’s stay with your professionalism, warmth, and attentiveness. This role requires an individual who thrives in a high-touch, service-driven environment. Duties Include:
- Greet guests with a genuine smile and warm hospitality upon arrival.
- Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring accuracy in reservation and billing information.
- Anticipate guest needs and provide tailored recommendations for dining, entertainment, and local attractions.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Maintain a polished front desk area and uphold the hotel’s aesthetic and service standards.
- Assist with administrative tasks, concierge services, and daily reporting.
Requirements:
- Previous front desk or hospitality experience preferred; high-end hotel experience a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Professional demeanor, well-groomed appearance, and a service-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with Lightspeed is a plus.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
