Premier Plaintiff Firm Seeking Lead Attorney for Plaintiff Personal Injury in TX (Fully Remote)!
An established firm is expanding into TX and seeking a Lead Attorney with 5-15 years of experience to launch and lead its new office on a fully remote basis. This role centers on Plaintiff Personal Injury work, with a caseload built around automobile accidents, dog bites, and slip and fall matters, and pairs hands-on legal work with leadership of a dedicated support team.
As the practice's founding hire in the market, this is a ground floor opportunity to shape and represent the firm's Texas presence, with no business development or case origination expectations.

Salary range: $120,000-$300,000+, contingent on experience

Qualifications:
Active license to practice law in good standing with the State Bar of Texas
5-15 years of experience handling Plaintiff Personal Injury matters
Proven track record managing automobile accident, dog bite, and slip and fall cases from intake through resolution
Demonstrated success supervising case managers, legal assistants, and broader support staff
Strong command of Texas personal injury law, civil procedure, and settlement negotiation
Self-directed and highly organized, with the discipline to excel in a fully remote startup environment
Clear and persuasive communicator across client, opposing counsel, and team interactions
Responsibilities:
Launch and lead the firm's new Texas office as its founding attorney and primary presence in the market
Oversee the full caseload across automobile accident, dog bite, and slip and fall matters from intake through settlement or trial
Manage, mentor, and develop a support team of six case managers and a small team of legal assistants
Direct case strategy, assess liability and damages, and guide files toward the strongest possible resolution
Handle both pre-litigation negotiation and litigation work as individual cases require
Maintain compliance with Texas law, court rules, and professional and ethical standards
Build, document, and refine office workflows and processes as the Texas practice grows
