Registered Nurse Operating Room
Location: Scottsbluff, Nebraska
Pay Rate: $60.00 $72.00/hr
Contract: 13 Weeks
Schedule: 4x10-Hour Shifts | Varied Schedule
Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours/Week
Experience: Minimum 2 years of Operating Room Registered Nurse experience required
On-Call: Weekday and weekend call required | Every 4th 5th weekend plus 1 weeknight call
Responsibilities
Provide perioperative nursing care in the Operating Room
Circulate for orthopedic and neuro surgical cases
Prepare and support operating room workflow for scheduled procedures
Monitor patient status before, during, and after surgery
Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, surgical technologists, and clinical staff
Maintain sterile technique, infection prevention, and patient safety standards
Complete accurate documentation using EPIC EMR
Participate in weekday, weeknight, and weekend call rotation
Support urgent and high-acuity surgical cases as needed
Requirements
Active Registered Nurse license required
Minimum 2 years of Operating Room Registered Nurse experience required
Orthopedic Operating Room experience required
Neuro Operating Room experience required
Level 1 or Level 2 trauma/surgical experience preferred
BLS certification required
ACLS certification required
EPIC EMR experience preferred
Must be flexible with varied shifts and call requirements
