E-commerce Company – Outdoor Structures, Garden & Leisure Industry
We are an established e-commerce company specializing in outdoor structures, garden, and leisure products. We are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team.
About the Role:
This is a full-time inside phone sales position. We provide high-quality, inbound leads from homeowners and B2B clients worldwide who have already requested more information about our products. Your role will be to follow up with these warm leads, build relationships, and close sales over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound follow-up calls on provided inbound leads
- Present product information professionally and enthusiastically
- Trial close and confidently ask for the order
- Build rapport and maintain excellent customer relationships
- Work collaboratively as part of a sales team
Requirements:
- Previous sales experience
- Strong ability to trial close and ask for the order
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Very personable, persistent, and positive attitude
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and strong computer skills
- Basic knowledge of construction is an advantage
- Team player with a strong work ethic
