Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and Caregivers to provide direct care, behavioral support, and community-based services to individuals with developmental disabilities (DDD) throughout New Jersey. As a DSP, you will be responsible for supporting individuals with daily living activities, community integration, and behavioral support.
Key Responsibilities:
Direct care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Community integration and companionship
Behavioral support and mentorship
Medication administration
Transportation to community activities
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED (or higher)
At Least 18 Years of Age
CPR & First Aid Certification (from an approved provider)
Ability to Pass Background Checks and Required DDD Clearances
Valid Driver’s License, Reliable Transportation, and Acceptable Driving Record
Experience in Behavioral Health, Caregiving, or Direct Support is Strongly Preferred
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive hourly pay ($21.40 - $30.00 per hour)
