What you'll do
- Talk to real prospects every day — this is phone sales with quality leads, not door knocking
- Walk clients through their ACA plan options, explain benefits and costs clearly, and help them enroll
- Use our dialer and CRM to manage your pipeline
- Stay sharp on plan changes, carrier updates, and ACA regulations — we'll help you do it
What we're looking for
- Active health insurance license (215 or 240 preferred)
- Phone sales or call center sales experience — you know how to build trust fast and close
- Comfortable with CRM systems and dialer software, or quick to learn them
- Coachable, competitive, and consistent — you show up and put in the reps
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
