Rewilded Market is a canine-focused wellness boutique built around the principles of Wellness. Instinct. Community.
We support dogs and the people raising them through thoughtfully selected products, enrichment, wellness-focused solutions, educational experiences, and meaningful community connections.
This is not traditional retail. We are creating a space where dogs and their guardians can learn, connect, explore, and feel supported.
Position Overview
The Market Lead serves as the primary leadership presence within Rewilded Market Louisa, helping oversee daily operations, support team members, and ensure a consistent and welcoming experience for every guardian and dog who enters the space.
This role will be trained and supported by members of the Rewilded leadership team and plays a key role in bringing the principles of Wellness, Instinct, and Community to life each day.
As Rewilded Market continues to grow, this position offers the opportunity to grow alongside the business and take on additional leadership responsibilities.
Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Support
- Lead by example and uphold Rewilded Market values and culture
- Support Wellness Advisors and Community Stewards during shifts and events
- Assist with onboarding and training new team members
- Communicate operational needs, opportunities, and concerns to leadership
- Help maintain a positive, professional, and welcoming team environment
Market Operations
- Open and close the market as assigned
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards
- Support inventory management, receiving, and restocking
- Assist with product displays and seasonal merchandising changes
- Ensure the market consistently reflects the Rewilded Market experience
Guardian Experience
- Welcome guardians and their dogs into the market
- Assist with thoughtful product recommendations
- Support conversations surrounding wellness, enrichment, and lifestyle products
- Create a calm, welcoming, and engaging environment for both people and dogs
Community Events
- Assist with planning, setup, execution, and breakdown of community offerings
- Support puppy socials, educational gatherings, workshops, and off-site events
- Help coordinate event logistics and guest experience
- Serve as a leadership presence during community programming
Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Comfortable engaging with both people and dogs
- Reliable transportation
- Weekend and evening availability required
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and remain active throughout shifts
- Previous retail, hospitality, animal care, or leadership experience preferred but not required

Compensation
Ranging from $16-$18 per hour
