Duties

- Educate clients on pain management strategies and occupational health practices.
- Maintain detailed records of treatments provided and monitor client progress over time.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all clients.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in massage therapy and related fields such as med spa procedures.
- Provide excellent patient service with a focus on customer satisfaction and comfort.
Skills
- Proven experience with patient assessment, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and pain management techniques.
- Strong understanding of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients.
- Knowledge of occupational health practices to promote client safety during treatments.
- Prior experience in med spa settings is preferred but not required.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients about treatment options and health concerns.
