We need a reliable, hardworking Dishwasher with food prep experience who can jump in from day one. This is a dual role — you'll keep the kitchen clean AND support our BOH team with prep work.
Responsibilities
- Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, cookware, and kitchen equipment
- Chop and prep vegetables, proteins, and meats to spec
- Maintain a clean and organized prep station
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Support kitchen staff during service rush
What We're Looking For
- Prior dishwashing experience in a restaurant kitchen
- Solid knife skills — vegetable and meat prep
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, team-first attitude
- Food Handler certification a plus (or willingness to obtain)
