What We’re Looking For
- Active Texas Real Estate License
- Currently working full-time as a REALTOR®
- 3–5 years of real estate experience
- Proven production history
- Driven, self-motivated, and professional
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Bilingual is a plus, but not required
- Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
- Comfortable in a small-office, close-knit culture
- Someone who values teamwork and community involvement
- A great sense of humor and a humble approach to the business are a BIG plus!
