We are seeking an experienced Screen Printing press operator to join our team. Full time position, Monday through Friday work schedule.
Day shift 8am-4:30pm
Automatic M&R equipment
Essential Duties and responsibilities
- Setting up screens and inks for prints.
- Mixing inks and specialty inks.
- Screenprinting 1-18 color set ups. Plastisol, discharge, waterbase and specialty inks.
- Ensuring timelines are met, and product maintains high quality expectations.
- Cleaning and Maintaining equipment.
- Ability to run large quantity runs but patience to also run small detailed runs
Minimum Qualifications
- Two years of related work experience.
- Knowledge of pantones and ink specialties and has an attention to detail.
- Understanding of blanks and fabrics.
- Ability to problem solve.
- Work well within a team environment.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines and adapt to change.
- Passionate about delivering a quality product and value to our team.

- Must be able to work overtime if required.
- Must have reliable transportation.
Physical Requirements
- Great physical stamina and manual dexterity.
- Ability to lift, lower, or carry up to 50 lbs. unassisted.
- Able to withstand temperatures in a typical warehouse environment.
- Must be able to stand for a prolonged period.
- Requires the use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations.
- Requires bending, squatting and reaching

Pay: $18.00 - $29.00 per hour
