Role Requirements - Day Shift Hospitality Specialist

Provide friendly and efficient customer service by demonstrating honor, dignity and respect in all guest interactions

Proficiency in providing Hospitality directly to guests in the restaurant which could include, but not limited to:

Receiving Guest Orders
-
Operating a cash register and receive payment from guest in cash, credit card, or digital format
-
Accurately count US currency and provide change to customers as required

Assemble & Deliver Guest Orders
-
Cleaning & restocking of front counter, condiment stands, and restrooms
-
Follow food safety and cleanliness guidelines
-
Work efficiently
-
Able to work on your feet for several hours at a time
-
Lift objects up to 20 lbs., when necessary
-
Ability to work outside in various weather conditions for extended periods, with safety as our top priority
