Description of Position:
The Toyota Service Valet is a specialized, trained member of the Toyota service team. The Service Valet greets inbound service guests, coordinates delivery of vehicle back to guests, rental vehicle check in & out as well as parking lot coordination.
The Service Valet must possess good communication skills with a cheerful and enthusiastic disposition. In addition, they must display great work ethics, project a “can do” attitude in the face of change, enjoy greeting guests with enthusiasm and support the goals and vision of the team.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Promptly and professionally greet service guests with the goal of providing an exceptional experience resulting in a smooth timely visit with our service team.
- Maneuvering vehicles within the service parking lot.
- Checking In/out Toyota loaner vehicles.
- Master and follow all process and procedures.
- The ability to work flexible hours.
Requirements:
- Having the aptitude & desire to develop a solid understanding of service information related to all Toyota vehicles and all maintenance/repair services provided by the service department.
- Some Retail experience preferred.
Compensation:
Base pay up to $17.00 Per Hour.
