We're seeking a motivated and dependable Security Supervisor for a full-time day shift 9AM-5PM, to lead security operations at premier client locations throughout the Miami and South Florida area. The ideal candidate is a polished, take-charge professional who takes genuine pride in the post they lead and the company they represent and, above all, is committed to serving our clients with the highest level of care.
The Security Supervisor will lead and mentor security personnel, ensure strict compliance with site procedures, maintain a safe and secure environment, and represent our firm with exceptional client and public relations. This role
Responsibilities:
- Supervise security officers during assigned shifts
- Conduct patrols and site inspections
- Monitor access control and security systems
- Respond to incidents and emergencies with sound judgment
- Complete detailed reports and documentation
- Train and mentor security personnel to our standards of excellence
- Maintain professional, discreet client and public relations
- Ensure all post orders and company policies are followed without exception
- Assist management with administrative tasks and requirements as needed
Things to know:
- This is a day-shift position ONLY
- We pay on a bi-weekly basis.
- Security experience is required.
- On-site training will be provided for all team members.
- Applicants must provide a headshot, and bio upon being hired.
Qualifications:
- Must be personable and reliable
- Must have a professional black suit and tie
- Excellent communication and report-writing skills
- Reliable personal transportation
- Great Customer Service skills
- Valid Florida Class D Security License
- Valid Driver's License
- Law enforcement and Military background preferred, but not required.
- Tech-savvy in security reporting systems, digital incident logs, CCTV monitoring software, and access control systems
- Comfortable using mobile apps, scheduling platforms, and electronic reporting tools in fast-paced environments
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace
- Supervisor role experience preferred
Pay: From $32.00 per hour
