Elite Christmas & Landscape Lighting is hiring hardworking, reliable Installation Technicians to join our growing team.

Our team installs holiday lights, decorations, and permanent landscape lighting for high-end residential and commercial clients throughout the east coast of Florida. Installers work in crews, meet at our Vero Beach warehouse each morning, and travel to job sites throughout the region.
This is hands-on outdoor work. You must be comfortable working on ladders, roofs, and at heights. You should be clean, professional, dependable, and able to represent the company well when working around customers.
Schedule
Paid training begins in late September. Our peak holiday season runs from October through the end of January. During this time, installers may work up to 6 days per week, Monday through Saturday, with long days and significant overtime opportunities.
Some days may be 10–12+ hours. We work until the job is finished because we operate on a tight seasonal schedule. Some projects may require overnight travel within Florida.
From February through September, our work focuses on permanent landscape lighting, warehouse preparation, maintenance, and preparing for the next holiday season.

Responsibilities
- Install holiday lights and decorations on homes, businesses, trees, roofs, and commercial properties
- Install permanent landscape lighting during the off season
- Work safely on ladders, roofs, and elevated areas
- Load, unload, organize, and maintain materials and equipment
- Work as part of a crew and follow direction from crew leaders and supervisors
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance on job sites
- Communicate respectfully with customers and team members
- Help keep projects on schedule during a fast-paced season
