Pay: $55,000 – $70,000 per year

Overview
We are seeking a reliable and organized Restoration Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial restoration projects from start to finish. This role involves coordinating crews, communicating with customers and insurance adjusters, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to high standards.
This position requires nationwide travel and immediate deployment during catastrophe events.

Responsibilities
- Manage restoration projects involving water, fire, mold, or storm damage
- Perform property inspections and document damage
- Coordinate technicians, subcontractors, and equipment needed for each project
- Communicate with homeowners, property managers, and insurance adjusters
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and job progress
- Ensure safety standards and company procedures are followed
- Maintain accurate job documentation and reports
Qualifications
- 1–3+ years of restoration, construction, or project management experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- IICRC certifications are a plus but not required
