Duties
- Assist in the management of the retail store and the supervision of store associates.
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of the store.
- Collaborate with team leaders on setting and achieving team-specific goals.
- Serve as the Manager on Duty for the store.
- Open and close store as directed.
- Manage Inventory – Ensure that stock is properly displayed. This includes managing the receiving process and handling customer returns.
- Drive Sales- Implementing promotional campaigns-
- Giving staff financial goals and sales targets to meet on a scheduled basis
- Understand and demonstrate product knowledge, selling and operational skills to maximize sales.
- Engage with customers to build relationships and brand loyalty.
- Ensure Customer Satisfaction and have a positive shopping experience. This includes addressing customers’ complaints, gathering feedback, and making necessary adjustments to improve service.
- Remain composed in the face of challenges and unforeseen circumstances.
- Provide leadership or assistance with floor sets, window changes, and other merchandising and visual expectations.
- Maintain Store appearance: Ensuring that the Store is clean, organized and visually appealing is crucial. Managers are responsible for visual merchandising creating and inviting atmosphere for customers.
- Assist store manager in all other miscellaneous duties as assigned by supervisors or home office.
