The Sales & Brand Growth Director is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding community partnerships, increasing brand awareness, and creating strategic opportunities that position Chick-fil-A IMD as a trusted community partner and preferred dining destination. This leader will develop and execute sales strategies, oversee catering growth initiatives, build relationships with key organizations, and create innovative marketing and community engagement efforts that drive measurable business results. The ideal candidate is highly relational, entrepreneurial, results-oriented, and passionate about representing the Chick-fil-A brand within the community.

The Sales & Brand Growth Director will serve as the primary ambassador of Chick-fil-A Illinois Medical District, helping expand our influence, strengthen community relationships, and drive sustainable growth while ensuring we remain known for exceptional care, hospitality, and impact throughout Chicago.
Sales Growth

Develop and execute annual, quarterly, and monthly sales growth strategies.

Identify opportunities to increase transaction counts, check averages, catering sales, and large-order business.

Create outreach plans targeting hospitals, medical offices, universities, local businesses, and community organizations.

Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies to maximize growth opportunities.

Establish and maintain a pipeline of prospective catering and partnership clients.
Brand Development & Marketing

Strengthen Chick-fil-A IMD’s presence throughout the Illinois Medical District and surrounding communities.

Plan and execute local marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives.

Coordinate community events, sponsorships, and brand activations.

Ensure all marketing efforts align with Chick-fil-A brand standards and values.

Leverage social media, email marketing, and digital engagement opportunities to increase awareness and guest loyalty.
Community Partnerships

Develop strategic partnerships with hospitals, schools, universities, nonprofits, and local businesses.

Represent Chick-fil-A IMD at networking events, community meetings, and business associations.

Identify mutually beneficial opportunities that increase brand visibility and guest engagement.

Build long-term relationships that create sustainable growth opportunities for the restaurant.
Leadership & Collaboration

Collaborate closely with Operations Directors and Executive Leadership to align growth initiatives with restaurant capacity and operational excellence.

Lead, coach, and inspire team members involved in marketing, catering, and community engagement efforts.

Communicate growth initiatives, goals, and results to leadership teams.

Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and servant leadership.
Data & Performance Management

Track key performance indicators related to sales, catering, marketing initiatives, and partnerships.

Analyze trends and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Prepare reports and recommendations for leadership review.

Establish measurable goals and accountability systems for growth initiatives.
Required
