Job Summary
We are seeking dependable, energetic, and customer-focused Boat Crew Members to assist with daily operations of our recreational boat attraction in Houston. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, interacting with guests, and being part of a fast-paced team environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist guests with boarding and exiting boats safely
- Monitor and maintain safe operation of all attractions
- Provide excellent customer service and answer guest questions
- Perform routine cleaning and upkeep of equipment and work areas
- Help move, organize, and maintain equipment as needed
- Follow all safety procedures and operational guidelines
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Assist with opening and closing duties
Requirements
- Must be able to swim
- Comfortable working around water and in outdoor weather conditions
- Ability to lift and carry up to 60 pounds
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Reliable transportation
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous customer service, hospitality, recreation, or attraction experience is a plus
- Experience working in outdoor environments is preferred but not required
Schedule
- Weekday, weekend, and holiday availability required
- Flexible scheduling available
- Seasonal position through September 7, with potential opportunity for extension based on business needs and performance
