Job Description:
We are seeking a versatile Technician to install, service, and upgrade a wide range of systems, including satellite TV equipment, satellite internet, 5G technology, and other internet and technical installations. This role requires a strong focus on customer service, with the ability to offer products and services on-site to enhance the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain satellite TV, satellite internet, 5G, and other technical systems.
- Perform upgrades and ensure optimal performance of equipment.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client needs and inquiries.
- Offer and promote additional products and services during on-site visits.
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to company standards.
Qualifications:
- Experience in technical installations (satellite TV, internet, 5G, etc.) preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and versatility in handling diverse technical tasks.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
- Ability to pass a background and drug test.
