We're seeking dedicated Recovery Housing Technicians to join our Recovery Housing team and help create a safe, supportive, and recovery-focused environment for individuals rebuilding their lives.

What You'll Do
As a Recovery Housing Technician, you'll provide direct support to residents while maintaining a safe, structured, and welcoming recovery environment. You'll work alongside our clinical team to ensure residents receive the support they need throughout their recovery journey.
Responsibilities
- Monitor resident safety and well-being throughout each shift
- Observe and document medication compliance according to treatment plans
- Assist with admissions, discharges, and overall resident census management
- Help implement daily schedules and structured programming
- Monitor and document urinalysis and breathalyzer testing as required
- Observe resident behavior and communicate concerns to the clinical team
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Ensure the facility remains clean, organized, and safe
- Encourage healthy hygiene practices and positive community living
- Assist with transportation to appointments, meetings, and recovery-related activities
- Participate in staff meetings and treatment team discussions
- Support a positive, respectful, recovery-oriented environment for all residents
Qualifications Required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Professional, dependable, and emotionally stable under pressure
- Ability to build positive relationships with residents and coworkers
Preferred
- Experience in behavioral health, substance use treatment, recovery housing, mental health, or human services
- Knowledge of behavioral management techniques
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience working in residential treatment or recovery environments

Schedule
- Full-time
- Day, evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday availability may be required
Work Environment
This position requires standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, documenting electronically, and transporting residents as needed. Employees should be comfortable working in a residential recovery setting and responding appropriately to emergencies.
