Forklift Operator
Team member safely and efficiently operates motorized forklift to load and unload trucks, to pull pallets of finished product from production lines and places finished product in warehouse as directed by onboard WMS system
JCT Logistics Inc. is a 3rd Party Logistics provider with multiple locations in Ontario,California. We provide fulfillment services for our client base shipping to retail and ecommerce end customers.
Essential Functions:
- Load and unload freight using equipment in an efficient and safe manner.
- Move product to storage areas with proper equipment.
- Lift up to 40+ lbs
- Efficiently stack and safely store the merchandise in the designated area.
- Pick orders for shipment and assemble various types of merchandise to be shipped.
- Check or count freight for accuracy and/or damage and infestation.
- Assist in maintaining the security of the warehouse.
- Conduct operations in a manner, which promotes safety.
- Participate in physical inventories, as needed.
- As directed by management, perform labeling, sorting, wrapping, packing, and repacking.
- Operate equipment safely and efficiently. Equipment to include (but not limited to) stand up forklifts, pallet jacks, and radio frequency equipment.
- Promptly Report all safety malfunctions on equipment.
- Comply with OSHA standards.
- Must be able to meet production standards.
- Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work environment.
- Follow attendance policy, show up for work on time and ready to work assigned shift.
- Perform other duties as assigned, may be required to perform duties outside of their normal responsibilities from time to time, as needed.

Qualifications
- Minimum Qualifications:
- 1 Years – Experience in Field or similar environment
- 1 Years – Experience in Position
*experience may include a combination of work experience and education
- The proven ability to safely operate a sit down motorized forklift.
- The ability to navigate within a WMS system.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- 3 Years– Experience in Field or similar environment
- 3 Years – Experience working in Position
Job Types: Full-time
Salary: From $18.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift(8am-4:30pm)
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ontario, CA 91761: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
