Bright Beginnings Child Development Center is hiring a full-time lead preschool teacher. We value reliability, flexibility, and a positive attitude. Lead Teachers are responsible for the supervision of children and staff in their age-specific classrooms, developmentally appropriate lesson planning, implementing curriculum, and adhering to Office of Children and Family Services (OCFS) regulations.
Applicants must be at least 18 years with a high school diploma or GED. Lead teachers must hold one of the following educational qualifications:
-An Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or Related Field, OR
-A Child Development Associate (CDA) plus one year experience, OR
-A plan of study leading to either.
