Responsibilities

Requirements
- Valid RN license with current registration in the applicable state or jurisdiction.
- Strong leadership skills with prior supervisory or management experience; ability to manage teams effectively.
- Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems: familiarity with ICD-9/ICD-10 coding is advantageous.
- Demonstrated expertise in medical documentation, medication administration, and phlebotomy techniques.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations including HIPAA.
- Excellent communication skills coupled with a proactive approach to problem-solving and team collaboration.
