Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Identify and analyze customer needs to provide appropriate product recommendations
- Conduct outside sales visits to potential clients and present product offerings
- Collaborate with the business development team to identify new market opportunities
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sales agreements with customers
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to effectively position products
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer service and sales roles
- Strong ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to negotiate effectively and close sales deals
- Technical sales knowledge is a plus
- Proficiency in using Salesforce or other CRM software
