We pay our Lead HVAC Installation Technicians a competitive wage of $22-$32/hr plus commission.

REQUIREMENTS FOR A LEAD HVAC INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN

5 years of experience in residential and light commercial HVAC installations

Knowledge about electrical and mechanical installations

Experience with residential split systems, heat pumps, and gas furnaces
-
Good driving record
