What You'll Do
-
Welcome members with friendly, professional service.

Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other financial transactions.

Receive and balance cash and checks accurately.

Verify member information, signatures, and account balances.

Answer member questions both in person and over the phone.

Promote credit union products and services when appropriate.
-
Maintain balanced cash drawers while following established procedures.

Support team members in providing an exceptional member experience.
