Position Summary
We are seeking a Barista to join our growing team. Previous barista experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate who has a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for coffee and hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Prepare espresso drinks, coffee beverages, teas, and other café drinks.
- Provide friendly, professional customer service.
- Operate the POS system and accurately process orders.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area.
- Restock supplies and assist with opening and closing duties.
- Work efficiently with the kitchen and front-of-house team.
- Follow food safety and health regulations.
Qualifications
- Barista or café experience preferred, but not required.
- Willingness to learn and be trained.
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail.
- Availability to work mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
