Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding answers to there project.
- Provide advice on lawn care, paint, plumbing, electrical and other hardware store areas.
- Maintain attractive product displays through merchandising and stock replenishment
- Operate POS (point-of-sale) systems accurately for cashiering and cash handling transactions.
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone or in person to answer questions and provide product recommendations
- Keep the sales floor organized by stocking shelves, and ensuring cleanlines.
- help with assembly for products.
- Help customers get items to thier vehicle.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with POS systems is helpful but not required.
- Ability to lift 40lbs
- ability to help customers get the items to they need to comlpete their project.
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
