Core Responsibilities
· Program Architecture: Design, implement and evaluate evidence-based, trauma-informed therapeutic treatments for adolescent residents.
· Clinical Supervision: Provide high-level guidance, clinical supervision and professional development to a dedicated team of therapists, case managers and support staff.
· Regulatory Compliance: Maintain full operational alignment with West Virginia state licensing boards, Medicaid standards and therapeutic best practices.
· Collaborative Leadership: Work closely with executive leadership to manage clinical budgets, track treatment outcomes and represent Davis Stuart in the regional healthcare community.
Qualifications & Requirements
· Advanced Licensure: Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related behavioral science field. Active West Virginia independent license required (LGSW LICSW).
· Leadership Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of progressive administrative or supervisory experience within a residential childcare facility, behavioral health hospital, or community mental health setting.
· State Compliance: Possess a valid driver's license, and successfully clear a background check through WV CARES fingerprinting, as well as Adult/Child Protective Services (APS/CPS) clearances.
· Screening: Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
