Position Summary

The Managed Care Executive plays a key role in supporting client engagement, contract negotiations, payer relationship management, and strategic consulting initiatives. Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
- Minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in healthcare managed care, payer contracting, data analytics, healthcare consulting, or related healthcare administration roles.
Knowledge & Technical Expertise
- Strong understanding of commercial and government-sponsored health insurance programs.
- Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement methodologies, including:
- Resource-Based Relative Value Scale (RBRVS)
- Case Rates
- Grouper Methodologies
- Diagnosis-Related Groups (DRGs)
- Carve-Out Arrangements
- Outlier Payments
- Experience reviewing, analyzing, and negotiating managed care contracts.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Planner.
Salary/Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000 per year
