**Position Summary**
This hands-on role is essential for managing the inbound and outbound flow of custom and retail orders, ensuring our production and fulfillment run smoothly. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable in a fast-paced small-business environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments of orders.
- Prepare and pack outgoing orders for customers, ensuring accuracy and damage-free delivery consistent with our quality standards.
- Process shipping labels, manifests, and documentation using shipping software/carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.).
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular cycle counts.
- Organize and maintain the warehouse/shipping area for efficiency and safety.
- Coordinate with production and design teams to fulfill orders on time.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and customer service shipping inquiries if needed.
- Keep workspace clean and follow all safety protocols.
**Qualifications**
- Ability to pass a stringent and complete background check.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Familiarity with shipping software and basic computer skills (Google Workspace, Shopify inventory systems a plus).
- Reliable transportation and availability within the 35–40 hour Monday-Friday weekly schedule.
- Positive attitude and ability to work independently or as part of a small team.
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
