Part-time/Full-Time RN / Wellness Consultant

Optimize Wellness & Aesthetics is a locally owned, luxury-focused wellness and aesthetics brand with two premier locations. We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) who is passionate about holistic wellness & aesthetic treatments. This role is ideal for an RN who wants to guide clients on long-term wellness journeys while delivering high-touch clinical services. This position can be either part-time or full-time, but candidate must be exclusive working no other job. This is not a PRN role.

Our curated service menu includes advanced IV therapy, medical-grade facials, injectables, regenerative treatments, hormone optimization, weight management and peptide solutions. We position ourselves as our clients' long-term wellness partner—providing intentional, elevated care in a supportive environment.
Position Summary
This role combines consultative client work with hands-on clinical responsibilities. You will conduct wellness consultations, administer IVs and injections, educate clients on treatment plans and memberships, and collaborate closely with providers and leadership to ensure a consistent, world-class experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct wellness consultations, review health history, and create personalized treatment recommendations.
- Administer IV infusions, booster shots, and aesthetic injectables (if trained) with precision and client comfort. Maintain a 90%+ first-stick success rate for IV starts.
- Educate clients on services, membership options (including sharing benefits across locations and IV-sharing for friends/family), and follow-up care.
- Position Optimize as each client's long-term wellness partner through consistent engagement and follow-up.
- Document treatments, consents, and client interactions accurately in our EHR/POS system (Boulevard).
- Participate in bi-weekly team meetings, ongoing training, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Represent the brand at occasional community events and off-site activations. Collaborate with providers, Medical Director, and operations to maintain clinical standards and safety.
Qualifications/Job requirements
Minimum 2 years of recent RN experience preferred; MedSpa, IV Spa or previous aesthetics experience strongly desired.
- Active Iowa RN license in good standing (Required).
- Experience in hormones/pelleting a plus
- Experience/certification in neurotoxins and fillers preferred
- Strong IV skills with demonstrated high success rates.
- Excellent communication and consultative skills—ability to educate clients with warmth and clarity.
- Experience in hormone injections and/or hormone pellets preferred
- Ability to work at least 2 Saturdays per month
- Team-oriented, adaptable, high integrity, and committed to ongoing professional development.
Compensation & Perks
- Pay: $40-$65 per hour (with bonuses)

Sat: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
