Summary:
The Banquet Back Aisle Attendants at Rosen Hotels & Resorts provide outstanding service by coordinating the transport and preparation of equipment, food, china, glassware, and silver needs for banquet functions. They deliver food to assigned areas, assist servers with basic food prep, and facilitate pre-function set-up and clean-up in the back aisle area according to Company Standards. The Back Aisle Attendants ensure the final breakdown of functions by cleaning the room and returning equipment to its proper location.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the transport and preparation of equipment, food, china, glassware, and silver needs for banquet functions.
- Deliver food to assigned areas and assist servers with basic food prep.
- Facilitate pre-function set-up and clean-up in the back aisle area, adhering to Company Standards.
- Ensure the final breakdown of functions by cleaning the room and returning equipment to its proper location.
- Stand, walk, bend, and lift to lbs. for almost the entire shift to manage banquet back aisle activities.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned station and service areas.
- Assist other departments as needed to ensure optimum service to guests based on Company Standards.
- Comply with the company's drug-free and tobacco/nicotine-free policy.
- All other duties as assigned.
Experience/Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of previous banquets experience preferred.
- Strong verbal communication.
- Excellent collaboration, teamwork, and active listening skills.
- Ability to lift to 25 lbs. consistently and 50 lbs. infrequently
- Must be able to legally work in the USA.
Education and Certification(s)/License(s):
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
