Qualifications:
1) Minimum Education/Certification: High school graduate or equivalency, no prior experience is required.
2) Special Knowledge/Skills:
- Working knowledge of the proper methods of serving food and of the care of tableware, glassware, silver and kitchen appliances.
- Working knowledge of cleaning methods and the use of cleaning supplies and appliances.
- Ability to follow simple oral and written directions.
- Physical strength and stamina.
- Physical condition commensurate to perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations.

Wage/Hour: Minimum Wage/Hourly - 5.5 hours per day
Major Responsibilities and Duties
- Assists in prepping, counting, panning up, washing food items for service.
- Prepares simpler foods such as hot & cold sandwiches, salads, drinks and more.
- Loads and serves food as assigned
- Ability to do all kitchen dishes as needed
- Clean kitchen space before and after use
- Work as a cashier as needed
- Follow all Health dept kitchen regulations as instructed
- All cafeteria related duties as assigned.
Equipment Used: Equipment and utensils as required by job duties.
Working Conditions: Fast-paced food service environment.
