What You’ll Do
As an RBT, you’ll make a hands-on difference in children’s lives every day by:
- Providing 1:1 ABA therapy in fun, engaging ways
- Implementing individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA
- Helping children build communication, independence, and confidence
- Tracking progress and celebrating every win (big and small!)
- Collaborating with a supportive clinical team
- Encouraging and guiding families along the way

What We’re Looking For
- 18+ years old
- High school diploma + valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass background checks
- Willingness to complete 40-hour training (provided!)
- RBT certification within 60–90 days (we’ll support you!)
- Strong communication skills & team mindset
- Passion for helping children grow
- Ability to respond quickly to elopement
- Physical engagement (e.g., getting on/off the floor, assisting with behaviors, play!)
Experience with autism or developmental disabilities is a plus—but not required!
